We can USUALLY guarantee any date you would like to have your event on. We do get very busy during the months of October, November, January, February, March and the most of April. If you can, please reserve your date early. It is best to book your date ahead at least a month or more(if possible) for the above mentioned months; but is not required. As stated we USUALLY can handle all the bookings; but on an occasion we have to shut a date off. You can call or fax us at 724-222-5919 or email my secretary with the email link provided at anytime to reserve a date; when doing so, please leave your name and daytime contact number with the date(s) you would like to reserve. Either myself or my secretary will get back to you to confirm if this date is available. Also, if possible leave the place the event is to be held at, how many races you wish to have, your start time and if you will be using our vcr or 16 mm film program (see How-to's for more details on this). If these are not know at the time there is no problem it will be confirmed at a later date. If you are a new client, please inform us that you saw us on the web. |
